- Name the deckOn the Editor tab, type a Deck title (e.g. “Cardiac Terms”) and optionally the course number.
- Add cardsClick + Add card and fill in a Term (front) and Definition (back) for each card. Reorder with the arrows, or delete with ×.
- Add media or a source (optional)Click + Photo / audio / video under either side to attach an image, audio, or video clip to that card face. Use Source / reference to note where the content came from — it shows at the bottom of the answer side, and turns into a clickable link if you paste a URL.
- Choose shuffle behavior (optional)Check Shuffle cards by default if you want students to see the deck in random order the first time they open it. They can toggle shuffle themselves either way.
- Preview itClick Preview → to try the deck exactly as students will — flip cards, star them, mark “Got it” or “Still learning,” and shuffle.
- Publish & shareClick Save to shared library to save the deck — you get a student link (no login needed) and can edit it later. Or click Get embed code for a one-off iframe to paste into your LMS.
Tip: Use Save to shared library for anything you’ll reuse or edit. The embed code is a fixed snapshot — it can’t be edited after you copy it. Students’ star and “Got it” progress is saved in their own browser, per deck.
