Build a multi-screen clinical case study, step by step

Set up the caseOn the Build tab, fill in Case Settings — the case title and overall scenario.
Add screensUnder Screens, click + Add screen for each step of the case. Select a screen to edit it in the Screen Editor on the right.
Build each screen’s questionPick a Question type (select-all, matrix, drop-down, highlight, drag-fill, or bow-tie), write the stem and choices, and mark the correct answer(s). Add a rationale to show an answer key in Preview, Instant Feedback, and Coach.
Add the patient chart (optional)Use + Add Tab to attach Nurses’ Notes or table tabs (vitals, labs). New screens carry the previous notes forward — tick New to flag fresh entries for students.
Add coaching media (optional)Record or upload a short audio or video clip on a screen. Students hear it in Coach mode while they work. Upload MP4 for the widest device compatibility.
Try each modeUse the tabs to test the case: Preview (answer key), Instant Feedback (rationale as you go), Coach (with your media), and Test (graded).
Publish & shareClick Save to shared library, then Get embed link to copy a student link (Preview, Instant Feedback, Coach, or graded Test) that opens with no login.

Tip: Save to the shared library so you can edit the case later. The student link keeps working even after you make changes.
