- Name the setOn the Editor tab, type a Set title at the top (e.g. “Recognizing sepsis at home”).
- Write the directiveIn Task description, tell students what to do — e.g. “Click a slot, then click the matching choice to complete the diagram.”
- Add the patient report (optional)Under Source report, click + Add tab to add Nurses’ Notes or a table (vitals, labs). Delete every tab to hide the report entirely.
- Fill in the bow-tie choicesAdd options in the three columns — Potential conditions (mark 1 correct), Actions to take (mark 2 correct), and Parameters to monitor (mark 2 correct). Mark the correct choice in each column.
- Save the questionClick Save question to add it to the set. Click New question to build another, and repeat as needed.
- Reuse questions (optional)Click Save to my bank to keep a question in your personal My bank tab for reuse in other sets.
- Preview itClick Preview set → (or the Preview tab) to try it exactly as students will.
- Publish & shareClick Save to shared library to save the set — you get a student link (no login needed) and can edit it later. Or click Get embed code for a one-off iframe to paste into your LMS.
Tip: Use Save to shared library for anything you’ll reuse or edit. The embed code is a fixed snapshot — it can’t be edited after you copy it.
