Values clarification
A funnel exercise. Narrow a list of 90 values down to five, then rank them to see what matters most right now.
How the activity works
Below are 90 values. Click each one that genuinely matters to you — don't overthink it, go with your first reaction. Once you've selected 20 or fewer, you can move on.
Don't see a value that matters to you? Type it into the box below the list and add it — it'll join the grid and count toward your selections.
Most people start by clicking far more than 20. That's normal — you'll just need to click a few back off before continuing.
Here are the values you kept. Cut this list down to 10 or fewer. This round usually feels harder — you're choosing between things that all genuinely matter.
Last cut. Choose the 5 values that feel most like the core of who you are — not who you think you should be.
Use the arrows to put your five values in order, most important at the top. There's no wrong order — just go with your gut.
